Welcome:

All orders placed through this site are made-to-order. Once your order is submitted through the cart, it is sent directly to our decoration equipment for production. These items are not pre-stocked or held in inventory.

No products on this website are kept in stock.

Shipping:

Delivery in 7-21 business days. Delays are possible due to weather or transit issues.
Refund:

Refunds are issued only for misprinted items or incorrect sizes. We do not refund orders damaged in transit. We offer refunds in two ways: a refund to the original payment method or re-order of the correct item.
Product Defect:

Received a defective item? Email images to customerservice@alphamark.net for prompt assistance and resolution.
